FAQs

SeleniumConf & AppiumConf bring together the global community and projects around the browser and mobile automation tools, providing a space to share ideas, socialize, and work together to advance the present and future success of automation and testing. This conference is becoming the hub for all tools, approaches, and communities in automation to come together, fostering collaboration and innovation across the industry.

If you or your company (or team) are interested in learning about automation, testing, or improving your existing software delivery practice, SeleniumConf & AppiumConf are for you! The conference is community-driven and led by volunteers, with a mission to provide actionable information and insights you can use immediately following the conference.

Tickets will be on sale soon and available until the conference opens or all seats are sold. There are two ticket types: Conference + Workshop and Conference only. The Conference + Workshop tickets will give you access to one of five full-day pre-conference workshops that will be held on Wednesday, March 26. You will need to select the workshop you wish to attend at the time you register. If space is available, you may contact the conference organizers to switch your workshop to March 20, 2025. The Conference only pass provides access to all keynote and track presentations on Thursday and Friday, March 27-28.

At this point we do not anticipate making tickets available on-site.

Yes! The Selenium & Appium projects and the SeleniumConf & AppiumConf organizers want everyone to attend the conference. Still, we know that not everyone’s personal or financial circumstances make this possible. So, as part of our scholarship program, we’re setting aside a minimum of four free tickets and covering travel and lodging expenses for selected applicants.

Initially inspired by RubyConf, we also offer to pair our scholars with a guide if they’d like one. A guide is an experienced community member who will be a friendly face at the conference, helping you get the most out of your conference experience and introducing you to others at the event.

The program aims to support individuals from underrepresented groups in tech and those facing economic or social hardship to have access to brilliant content and networking opportunities. If you’re an aspiring software professional looking to use a browser or mobile automation tool or a current one without access to the funds to buy your ticket, you should apply. We will award tickets to people who can show that the knowledge gained will be helpful in their ongoing careers.

Scholarship applications will be accepted between now and December 15, 2024. Apply here.

The agenda page of the website lists all workshops, keynotes, and track presentations announced to date.

While Valencia currently has no COVID-19-related vaccination, mask, travel and gathering restrictions or requirements, the SeleniumConf & AppiumConf organizers will be putting measures in place to help attendees protect themselves and others, including making masks available, providing hand sanitation stations, and ensuring that the hotel staff focuses on enhanced hotel cleaning practices and workplace protocols to meet the new health and safety challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19.

We strongly encourage attendees to follow simple health guidance and stay current with vaccines.
