Company transfers: We will accept transfers between attendees from the same company until April 14, 2026. If you wish to transfer a ticket to your colleague, please email organizers@seleniumconf.org. Be sure to include the information of the person you are transferring your ticket to; their email address domain should match your work email address domain.
Individual transfers: Individuals may transfer tickets by sending a written request to organizers@seleniumconf.org before April 14, 2025. Please include the information of the person you are transferring to, and have the person cc’ed on the email so we know they are aware of the transfer. If a payment needs to be changed, there will be a 30€ transfer fee.
We expect all participants to abide by the Selenium Conference Code of Conduct, which you can read here. In short, all conference participants are expected to be respectful towards other attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff, in person and online. If you feel uncomfortable with anyone’s behavior at the conference, please inform someone in a staff t-shirt.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted by email to organizers@seleniumconf.org and received by April 14, 2026, to receive a refund less the applicable processing fee (fees will vary depending on the price of the ticket but will not exceed 50€). Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of your refund. No refunds will be made after the event has concluded.
SeleniumConf and its fiscal host, the Software Freedom Conservancy, value the privacy of our attendees and mailing list subscribers. The SFC is the sole owner of information collected during registration. We do not share or sell your information to anyone without your authorization or consent.
During registration, you will be presented with terms and conditions and information pertinent to data collection and retention. While at the conference, if you allow the sponsor to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to access your registration information, including your email address.
SeleniumConf & AppiumConf Valencia 2026 is an in-person event; all keynote and track presentations will be recorded. When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction.
