Company transfers: we will accept transfers between attendees that are from the same company up until March 27, 2023. If you wish to transfer a ticket to your colleague, please email organizers@seleniumconf.org. Be sure to include the information of the person you are transferring your ticket to; their email address domain should match your work email address domain.
Individual transfers: individuals may transfer their ticket transfers by sending a written request to organizers@seleniumconf.org before March 15, 2023. Please include the information of the person you are transferring to and have the person cc’ed on the email so we know they are aware of the transfer. If payment needs to be changed, there will be a $30 transfer fee.
We expect all participants to abide by the Selenium Conference Code of Conduct, which you can read here. In short: all conference participants are expected to be respectful towards other attendees, speakers, organizers and staff, in person and online. If you feel uncomfortable with the behavior of anyone at the conference, please let someone in a staff t-shirt know.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted by email to organizers@seleniumconf.org and received by March 20, 2023, to receive a refund less the applicable Eventbrite processing fee (Eventbrite fees will vary depending on the price of the ticket but will not exceed $50). Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of your refund. No refunds will be made after the event has concluded
SeleniumConf and its fiscal host, the Software Freedom Conservancy, values the privacy of our attendees and mailing list subscribers. The SFC is the sole owner of information collected during registration. We do not share or sell your information to anyone without your authorization or consent.
During the registration process you will be presented with terms and conditions, as well as information pertinent to data collection and retention. While at the conference, if you allow the sponsor to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to access your registration information including your email address.
SeleniumConf Chicago 2023 is an in-person event and all keynote and track presentations will be recorded. When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
